BLOOM BY ROSEBUD – REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Bloom by Rosebud, operated by Rosebud & Co. Creative, LLC.
Because our products are delivered digitally and grant immediate access to intellectual property, all sales are final.
Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. NO REFUNDS – ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase
- Duplicate purchases
- Dissatisfaction with aesthetic or style
- Incompatibility with your device or software
- Failure to download files before deletion or expiration
- misunderstanding of template functionality
- Preferencing a different product after download
- Business or personal circumstances
- AI image variation or output characteristics
Once digital files are delivered (including via on-screen download link or emailed access), the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.
2. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, swapped, or credited toward future purchases.
We are unable to substitute products after purchase.
3. NO CANCELLATIONS
We cannot cancel orders once they are placed.
Digital delivery begins immediately and cannot be reversed.
4. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All Bloom by Rosebud products are delivered digitally through:
- Instant download on the order confirmation page
- Email receipt from Shopify
- Customer account portal (if available)
Once files are provided, fulfillment is considered complete.
Customer is responsible for:
- Ensuring correct email entry
- Checking spam/junk folders
- Downloading files promptly
- Creating backups of files
- Maintaining Canva/Showit/software access
- Device compatibility and storage
Lost files may be re-delivered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLOSURE
Some Bloom products contain AI-generated images and materials.
By purchasing, you acknowledge:
- AI outputs may change slightly across systems
- AI images may resemble existing works
- AI content is not guaranteed to be copyright-exclusive
- You are responsible for verifying your intended use
These factors do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
6. TEMPLATE & DIGITAL PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
Please ensure you have:
- A Canva account (free or paid) for Canva templates
- A Showit account for Showit templates (if applicable)
- The ability to open ZIP files
- Internet access
- A compatible device
We are not responsible for incompatibility with third-party tools or outdated devices.
Compatibility issues do not qualify for refunds.
7. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing, you agree:
- Not to file fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
- Not to claim non-receipt for delivered digital goods
- Not to attempt to reverse digital access after downloading
Any chargeback will result in:
- Immediate revocation of product access
- Termination of licensing rights
- A 20% administrative fee
- Submission of full evidence to the payment processor (downloads, email logs, IP logs, and order data)
Chargebacks do not void your legal responsibility to comply with licensing terms.
8. LICENSE REVOCATION FOR NONCOMPLIANCE
If you violate Bloom’s Digital Product License Agreement (e.g., sharing, redistributing, reselling, or modifying templates for client use), we may:
- Revoke your license
- Disable product access
- Issue DMCA takedowns
- Pursue copyright infringement remedies
- Assess liquidated damages
Refunds will not be granted due to license termination.
